MARQUIS FINANCE
I have tried for months to contact MARQUIS FINANCE, by phone and email, as the vehicle they financed was in a front-end smash (non-disclosure)and the Full Service History was missing by 100K kilometres (mis-representation) Also many mechanical faults. THEY REFUSE TO DEAL WITH ME, THE CUSTOMER. It is now 7 months later. The Ombudsman ruled in my favour and has instructed for the agreement to be cancelled and the vehicle to be returned - but Marquis are not concerned as they work hand-in-glove with the motor dealers. This makes them as guilty as the *****ed sales team at MidCity3 Klerksdorp
