WORST financial institution by MILES!

Firstly, with one number to service all clients, you wait ATLEAST an hour to be connected to a representative. Just to be greeted by what sounds like a tea girl with absolutely no financial experience or training.

After trying to get hold of them since last week Tuesday, just for a simple settlement quote. Yesterday I once again had to sit on the line for a hour, to once again politely request a settlement quote. Then being told it will be emailed within 15-20 minutes, a day later, no email. So again. Today I called, and after expressing my dissatisfaction, I was told by "Dudu" that she will put the phone down in my ear? After being on hold for 52 minutes? I am Absolutely appalled.

With their email system being next to non existing, one is forced to sit on hold. I know this since I have 6 emails from last week which have still not been responded to.

Absolutely **** poor service delivery. Or should I say, lack there of.

A week to simply get a settlement quote. Absolutely astounding.

If you are thinking of financing a vehicle, do not even think of doing business with these ****ing vultures, ******, **** of the ****en earth.
