Marquis Finance 90 day notice R28089.34 settlement Penalty

I have financed a vehicle trough Marquis Finance all went well no issues, I want to now settle the car as I am selling it then the told me there is a R28089.34 early termination fee. I then gave a 90 day notice to avoid the early termination penalty fee of R28089.34. Then 120 days later I am selling the car and the R28,089.35 penalty fee is still there. I contacted Marquis Finance and asked why is this fee still there. I have waited 2 business days for a answes stating the following.

Did you know? So the 90 day notice was just a scheme as you need to trade the car in then only the early termination fee falls away.

The day I gave notice I was never notified about the terms and conditions, not was it stated on the settlement letter.

Marquis Finance you guys are a pain to work with, never will I myself or anyone I deal do any business with you as you guys are dishonest and leading clients around the bush.
