Terrible service!!! You just get sms’s about arrears (although you pay by debit order!!!!!!) that they tried calling…however no calls on my phone or none blocked It is inpossible to reach them telephonically You hold on for extended periods whereafter your call gets dropped Also no joy on the whatsapp chat How on earth must one get hold of them???
