I've been requesting a paid up letter for my vehicle that I settled since last week and have STILL not received it
I've been requesting a paid up letter for my vehicle that I settled since last week and have STILL not received it. I need to transfer the car to MY name, but only received the "request for NATIS documents" from them!! How difficult is it to send a customer proof that a vehicle has been settled!! Very poor communication and helping of cuatomers!!
