It is hugely frustrating to call them for assistance, having to have to hold on for extremely long periods, exceeding 20 minutes, after the automated option selection. I will recommend using a more widely known institution for vehicle finance. Even the instructions in obtaining the registration certificate after settlement gives issues as the banking details is not accepted for once off payments on the bamking app. To me it does not feel or look like the customers are put first.
