****ING CIRCUS- I WANT MY MONEY!!!

What a **** show indeed. I've been trying to get my refund since the 5th of March. I had settled my vehicle yet I still get debited. Everything was sent on the 5th of March. to no email response- I eventually opted to call customer care, after holding for 40min to speak to a consultant, a sweet lady Tebatso was kind enough to inform me that my email was received with all the necessary info. My refund was meant to be processed an paid by the 14th March, I respected the tat, yet still nothing reflects in my bank account. My account is overdrawn and I am stuck. Instead I have different consultants now responding to my initial email, either requesting for an ID no or my POP. Which is included on my initial email. Worst part is, there's never a manager available, the consultants who have limited access are left to deal with the queries. Where are the ones who get the fat pay cheques to deal with this ****??? I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!!!
