Incorrect statement calculations

Incorrect statement?????

In Sept 2022 my current loan outstanding was R178 108.46 The statement received in January 2023 current loan outstanding is R169 693.52

According to my calculations your statement is incorrectly. Please advise why i dont receive a statement every month?

I highly feel that i should ask my book keeper to verify your statement and if found incorrect i will report this matter to the ombudsman.

How is this possible? As you took installments and increased the installment end of December but my loan outstanding does not decrease as i pay.

Also please attach my settlement statement. And please advise why the intereste didn't went down on the previous settlement quotation??
