I would like to write a review about Marquis Finance
I would like to write a review about Marquis Finance. This is really pathetic customer service. I requested my original Natis since March 2024 to be couriered to me and paid the requested courier fee . I have not received the original Natis documents yet. Despite several email attempts. I’m very disappointed in Marquis Finance for continuing to inform me to collect the Natis in Johannesburg, the responding agents, Sithembile Madonsela , *****ba Khumalo, Madoda Nyembe , must please read the email correspondence . I’m sure that you do not treat the dealership like this 😡
