I have been struggling to get payments allocated to my account for more then a month,just to get a simple settlement letter I am still waiting
I have been struggling to get payments allocated to my account for more then a month,just to get a simple settlement letter I am still waiting.I have to phone for an update on what is happening but still with no joy. And all the additional charges that I don't get,like when they reschedule the payment why do they charge me an amount of 5570.
