I bought a vehicle t...

I bought a vehicle through them, 2 months ago, app**** for letter to take the vehicle over the border after incurance paperwork were in order, the rep**** due to the fact that vehicle is not long on their books we cannot take vehicle over the border....after sending them confirmation regarding our booking, we received the paperwork....this was still the previous owner registration on the paper work....how is this possible.....we emmediatly requested that this be changed 2 days later and absolute silence from them after we requested this and it a matter of urgency....this is absolutely the poorest customer service we ever experienced from a finance coorperation and will bot recommend any one to do finance with them until they can start profing me wrong.
