Horrible finance house

I don't even want to give you 1 star. 1 horrible service and the staff is absolutely ***********. Amanda who was assisting with allocating and advance payment went MIA. she was supposed to send us an email with an option to reduce the installment or the term, did she allow us the choice? No she went on ahead and reduced the installment. On top of that she does not leave her fellow colleagues with note to advise them of this, we are then calling and fighting with people about an advance they cannot see! Marquis your service is horrible your employees *********** and you offer 0 assistance. We must call 7 times just to get 1 thing done???
