HANDED OVER TO NIMBLE , BUT MY ACCOUNT IS FULLY PAID!!!!!!

I am writing this with irritation and desperation!

I have purchased 3 vehicles throught Marquis Finance in 2025 alone , 2 x of the vehicles have been paid in full ( settled ) and 1x vehicle which is a brand new contract and the fist installment as per my contract went off successfully on 26 Aug 2025.

WHY HAVE I BEEN HANDED OVER TO NIMBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL 3 VEHICHLES CONTRACTS HAVE BEEN HANDED OVER FOR COLLECTION????????

I called Marquis earlier today and as per the agent , there is nothing out of the ordinary with my portfolio , payments was on time , no arrears , settlements show on their side , no red flags!

I then called Nimble and they are saying they purely get the information for handover from Marquis , so the issue is not with Nimble.

Who should be flipping Burgers at Mc Donald's instead?

I expect a call back and have this sorted out ASAP , you are playing with peoples credibility which is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!
