Great service

I wrote a scathing report on the service I received from this company some months ago - A BIG CHANGE NOW !!! I had to contact them today and was very impressed with their service especially Janiene Damon - she was absolutely fantastic . She dealt with my issue promptly and efficiently. She went out of her way to ensure my issue was resolved to my entire satisfaction.

I was also impressed with Lunga and Sipho from customer service . who called me back to ask if my issue had been resolved.

Wow - this is a 180' turnaround from a couple of months ago.
