Formal Review – Marquis Finance My experience with Marquis Finance was very disappointing. It was nearly impossible to reach the company telephonically, and communication via email proved frustrating. Each time a new consultant rep****, I had to resend all my documents. One consultant advised me to email since calls aren’t recorded, yet when I did, she responded dismissively and offered no assistance. Replies were delayed, and my simple request to update banking details was repeatedly misunderstood as a request to change my payment due date. The lack of communication, poor follow-up, and absence of direct contact made this a highly unprofessional experience.
