Failure to Settle Motorcycle - after 3 weeks - and counting

My motorcycle was settled by the dealership 18 February. Marquis has still not app**** and settled the motorcycle. Come 1 March, they deduct a debit order.

Been trying to get through to them - POP has been shared, still not solved.
