Extremely Poor Service from Marquis Finance – Unauthorised Deduction and No Feedback

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Marquis Finance. They deducted an amount from my account that they were not supposed to, and up to this day, they have failed to give any proper explanation regarding the deduction or what the so-called arrears are for.

I have called multiple times over the past month, and every time I’m told that the matter has been “escalated.” Despite these promises, there has been no feedback, no return calls, and no resolution.

It is frustrating and unprofessional to be kept in the dark while my money is taken without consent or clarity. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially from a company that deals with vehicle finance.

I would not recommend Marquis Finance to anyone. Their customer service is poor, communication is non-existent, and their handling of financial matters is questionable at best.
