Enquiries about the debit order that was not deducted on the 31 of January 2025

Hi Khanyisile Ngomane here, I bought a car October 2024 using the Marquis finance company. Money was correctly deducted on the 30th of November 2024 and 30th of December 2024. But to my surprise I got paid on the 31st of January 2025 my debit order never run. I haven't changed my bank account, I sent them an email on the 3rd of February 2025 asking why the debit order did not run requesting them to send me their banking details instead of them to respond. Yesterday I received an sms about my account being in arrears that they tried calling, with no answer but my no calls on my phone. I tried also calling them but unfortunately it is impossible to reach them telephonically.

I have never missed a payment in my life. Please assist what must I do.
