Don’t use Marquis Finance

If there was a minus rating I would give them that. This bank is quick when giving you finance but are never available for redo to queries. I regret using them including Bryanston Executive Cars who told me about them.

I want to move from them to Standard Bank and they tell me if I don’t give them three months notice they levy a penalty I have never heard of such. In October 2023 I then wrote an email request them to note my intention to leave. They now tell me I can’t cancel the deal but the dealer has to cancel the deal. I all how because I’m the one who signed the contract with them not the dealer but they food not care as they never answer their phones even the seniors when emails are escalated. I don’t want to be your customer anymore you are bullies who prey on clients, it’s now Feb and y matter is not not resolved. Another nightmare is getting cross border letters you beg as if you not paying I with held my instalment for January just to get attention but that did not help as well
