I wasn't sure about this vs proper banks. Never again, you can never get hold of anybody with ridiculous hold times. They clearly do not have the infrastructure in place for clients. Do not recommend.

13 Feb 2024, 12:33Further to this, they are now charging an early settlement fee, which doesn't expire unless you give them three months notice. How does this work when a vehicle depreciates on a monthly basis? No dealership will hold a trade in price for three months and I have never seen this on any other vehicle I have financed through a proper bank like MFC or Wesbank. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
