Do not waste your time with these people
Do not waste your time with these people. After multiple months of them trying *******ly to increase my debit order, I moved my finance to another bank. They are impossible to contact via phone and ignore all emails. Rather pay an extra 1% intrest with a bank than deal with their nonsense. I would rate them NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could.
