Debit orders not going off as asked and when you ask for a debit order to be moved to the end of the month you are told it cannot be moved due to your salary date, your account is debited before your salary is even in your bank account and then you receive a letter stating you are in arrears, its a headache to get the debit order to go off then and eventually I just EFT. After the 3rd time I decided I am done and moved to another bank. Will NEVER work with Marquis again.

11 Nov 2024, 16:14Dear Cecilia,
Thank you for reaching out to share your experience, though I’m sorry to hear of the frustration you’ve encountered with your debit orders. I understand the importance of a payment schedule that aligns with your salary date, and it’s clear that the current setup has caused considerable inconvenience. I apologise that the adjustments you requested weren’t accommodated as needed, and I regret any impact this has had on your account status.
