Debit orders are a waste of time with them

Guys life is very stressful without a company not doing their own job and then stressing you. You have once again failed to collect my debit order on the correct date, so I had to pay you manually. Then yesterday when I made funds available to pay for my child’s school fees and my medical aid you debit. Does your system not recognise manual payments and debit orders? You do as you please? This is ********* and now I’m left stranded with no way to retrieve my money. And it’s distressing that reading reviews this is a norm. Please assist me with getting a refund as soon as possible. I cannot afford a double debit.
