Debit Order Issues
I am being sent from pillar to post!! It is extremely frustrating.
I have never missed a payment in my life. In December 2024, my debit order never ran. As a result, made manual payment. Been advised, all will be in order for January 2025. Come next debit order, guess what? Debit Order did not run again. Mind you, I haven’t even changed my bank account.
I am literally asking for money to be taken from my account and no one can tell me why my debit orders have stopped. Apparently you system was switched in November. But how can you just not send me another mandate for it to run?
You wait for hrs for anyone to respond to you. I know what the consequences are of not making payment. Please sort this out ASAP.
