Customer portal is pointless as requests are not captured
Customer portal is pointless as requests are not captured. Queries are not captured. No way of resolution. No response to say the request are being process. Forced to send multiple aggressive emails to get a human response. Emails are not read properly. Forced to phone. Terrible customer service. Automation is not working for them
