Cross border Letter
I'm unable to obtain a cross border, requested it from the website and it's says the agreement needs to be 6 months. What kind of nonsense is that, I have planned this trip last year already and I cannot cancel, I need to cross to Swaziland on the 30 May

Failed to issue a cross border letter which costed me a lot of money on a planned trip, not to mention the disappointment amd emotional suffuring to the family. For the amount of money I'm bringing to this business, this is ridiculous, will never recommend to anyone!
