Cross Border Letter

I bought my vehicle February 2024 and I requested a Cross Border Letter in July 2024 to go to Namibia in August 2024. Numerous emails and calls later find that I am not allowed to take my vehicle because of a short financed period of less than 6 months. I then drove without it and nowhere did anyone asked for it because of my regular visits to Namibia. I now did a new request to visit Namibia end October and again something is not good with my request which means I will have to go to Namibia again without a Cross Border Letter. I personally think this is BAD service and that the 6 month rule is stupid because I can drive with MY car anywhere in the world with the correct documents and insurance etc. Why would a company restrict me to do that and not even have the audacity to call me to explain. I have to make the calls. I am now think of refinancing my vehicle with another institution where I would not have such problems.
