Complaint on vehicle dealer

Afternoon; I'm Mr Avhalati Michael Ratshilumela; ID: ***; I have lodge a complaint with the Marquis Vehicle Finance in January 2024; about a C63 Amg Mercedes benz s; that I bought from Autohuis Beyers and submitted to the bank expecting to be assisted but till today I did not receive feedback from the bank. I indicated some of the challenges of the vehicle as; extended service plan that was under the previous owner which was to changed to my names; bonnet that couldn't close properly; mechanical issues, just few; I tried to raise that with the dealer there was no help; air-conditioning has not been working since
