Border letter request completely ignored. Accommodation money lost.
It is not the first time that this has happened. I requested a border letter from their portal without any feedback whatsoever. The request was just totally ignored. How are you supposed to go anywhere if they simply don't bother to send any response? So before you book any cross-border accommodation, please make sure you switch your finance to another company or settle it early because Marquis Finance has proven that they do not have the competency to issue a simple border letter.
I have now lost my accommodation money because I couldn't cross the border without their letter.
But let them notice that you haven't taken their warranty policy; then they are extremely quick to phone you and ask why, even though you have already declined their offering many times on similar phone calls before.
I will never finance anything with them ever again.

Marquis immediately phoned me after I posted this review. The lady promised an investigation and to send me some hamper to apologize for the treatment. To date, nothing was received. I don't need a hamper but, I hate it when something is promised and it turns out to be a lie.
Also, nothing came of the investigation. I have not heard anything from them after the initial call except for, you guessed it, another phone call offering a warranty after I explicitly asked not to be phoned for warrantees!!! Again, they cannot be bothered to contact me for anything I need from them but as soon as they want to sell me something they are quick to call.
At this rate, I am worried that I won't ever receive the papers for the vehicle when I pay off the loan...
My recommendation to not use them still stands.
