Bad service

I buy a car and marquis help me with the finance Evolve motor was the dealership and i make contact with the dealership and ask why is the car not in my name yet and they say marquis is the holdup then i call them and they say they will do it in a week this is the second week i can get hold of them they service is very bad they even didn't respond on my emails also phone every week no answer
