Bad service.

Most useless finance I have ever used for a vehicle. To get hold of anyone you need to wait at least 10min and even when you do get hold of them they can’t even help. I asked for a settlement letter on Friday and nothing came. Today (Monday)I phoned 3 times only to get answered on the 3rd try and now system is down and can get anything. I asked to be put through with someone that can assist but ended up being put down. I needed this settlement letter and the longer it takes to get the more I’m paying on it. By the time I get a letter I will most likely have to cover the month as well. Not happy with the quality of service they provide.
