Bad communication and Customer Service

I have been sending emails and have had no response from Marquis Finance. This has been going on for the last few months. Im really dissapointed as there are issues that needs to be resolved and no one is getting back to me. Im thinking of having my vehicle re-financed somewhere else to get better service. Customer service is really very bad and Im not over exagerating. ***
