Ai Marquis. U guys are a disappointment.

Good day. I am currently so so so unhappy with you guys honestly. I have been trying to cancel my AA for months now. Since last year April. One of your agencies phoned me, from AA and told me you guys are joining deduction. I signed a contract with Marquis and AA, who I have been struggling to cancel since. I don't understand point nr 1, how you guys can deduct together yet if we want to do a claim we have to call AA directly. NR 2: There was no agreement from my side in writing or telephonically to agree to deduct together. NR 3: What happens with the installment since I signed a fixed installment, will it stay that way for the complete contract term or what? Guys I honestly don't understand how you can not inform us atleast about such and allow us to agree to the terms and inform us what will happen with the remaining contract as the AA installment is not for the same amount of terms. This is honestly by far the worst **** I have ever heard of. You guys cause unnecessary distress and frustration.
