Absolutely useless.

Another great day with the worst vehicle finance company. I sold my vehicle to Ford on the 26th of November, account was settled on 27th. I assume all good and I wont need to worry about another installment going off on my account. Last night (2nd of December) they decide to debit my account. I phoned to tell them to reverse it but according to them the vehicle wasn’t paid… this was a big shock to me. Now my bank won’t reverse the money until I send a letter to them saying marquis approves the reversal. Marquis tells me they need a POP in order to get that letter. I managed to get hold of Ford and send them the POP but now after they got it I still need to wait so their finance department can verify it and then only can they get a manager to “maybe” assist. Im sorry but this is proper bull****! On top of that I tried to phone again, waiting 10min and then the phone just cut out. Please, if you reading this do not use marquis finance. You will regret it when trying to selling the vehicle.
