Absolutely no customer service! 😡

The absolute worse client service ever! I have sent numerous messages and mails and no response. I have spend more than 2 hours holding on the line and still not getting through to an agent. I have change jobs and need to update my email address and cell number to access my account, but can't. Don't ever use them!
