6month contract age before cross border letter can be issued
I am a new customer to Marquis and been trying to get cross border letter was told that my contract need to be 6 months old before I can travel out of the country with my vehicle. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD something like this. I travel our of SA lots and can't believe I just bought a vehicle and leaving for business and extended easter holiday to Mozambique and unable to get border letter. I have no words. ... "unfortunately we will not be able to assist with the cross border letter until your agreement is Six (6) months old and is up to date"

17 Mar 2024, 08:47I have no idea when to expect this border letter. Any other company would have given it to me in 24h.. The staff is extremely helpful (under staffed yes ) and very competent but their rules and management .. what a disconnection that is… My letter has been pending managers signature for days now..
Never again.. I’m doing everything i can to cancel this agreement .. what a joke that’s going to be ..
