0/5 rating - AVOID MARQUIS FINANCE AT ALL COSTS!

I am writing to warn others about the absolute disaster that is Marquis Finance. Since June 3rd, I've been trying to get them to update my banking details, and it's been a never-ending nightmare. Despite countless calls and emails (sent every week or twice a week!), I've received ZERO help.

Their customer service is non-existent. Sometimes, you can't even get through to anyone, and when you do, you're met with unhelpful responses. Emails are ignored, and it feels like they're intentionally avoiding resolving my issue.

It's now July 24th, and I'm still waiting for assistance. This incompetence is affecting my credit score, and I'm at my wit's end. The lack of support and follow-through is appalling.

Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT work with Marquis Finance. They are the WORST company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their customer service is abysmal, and they clearly don't care about their clients.

Save yourself the frustration and find a different company. Marquis Finance is a complete waste of time and energy.

UPDATE: I'll continue to post updates on this review until my issue is resolved, but I'm not holding my breath. Avoid Marquis Finance at all costs!
