Marquis Finance has consistently demonstrated incompetence in handling customer accounts. Despite fixing the issue last month, they failed to debit my account on August 29, further exacerbating the problems I've faced with their service. Their customer service is virtually nonexistent, with unanswered phones and ignored emails.

Please allocate my payment to my account as I was forced to make a manual payment. This latest failure has negatively impacted my credit score, adding to the frustration and financial stress. Given this, I'll be contacting the Financial Ombudsman to seek resolution. I strongly advise others to avoid Marquis Finance at all costs and seek alternative financial services that prioritize customer satisfaction and reliability.
