Service book still not found

Took my car in for a service, the lost my service book so frustrating, my car has this funny sound as I drive also. Mainly how is it possible for a company to loose a clients service book?? Shows how *********** they are and I had to call everyday to find out if they found it!!! There are cameras around yet no sign of my book till this day. No manager has informed me why or any apologies this one is the Tokia branch.
