POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received a call from an agent (Remano) who sold a product to me representing a Bank. After finalizing the sale, I was transferred for verification and held on for 45 mins, to have the call suddenly cut. After calling the Bank to find out if this was a legit call or sale they were unable to assist me. I was provided with Market SA's number and have tried to contact them for 3 days now and no one has answered. I am a bit concerned as this could lead to ***** but the surprising part is that their numbers just ring. Please can I get someone to call me urgently
