So disappointed with Markdown Marvin!!!

I am so disappointed in this company. I have saved money for several months to buy a airfryer and was so exited to see the good prices that this company offers. I have ordered and paid for the airfryer on the 4'th of Nov and haven't had any response from them since payment was made. Have send whatsapps, tried contacting them, send emails....but still no response. It's so sad that we trust so easily and then companies like this takes you for a ride.......this was suppose to be a suprize birthday gift for my mom. I am devastated!!!
