I ordered a 40" LED TV online from markdownmarvin.com on Monday 2 November. I was required to do an EFT of R3999 into their account and then email them proof of payment , which I did. When I tried following up on when delivery would be, I could not get hold of anyone on the two phone numbers which were given, and when I went onto their website to track my order, the online response was that they could not find my order. The EFT has cleared but I have no means of getting hold of this company.
