Unacceptable customer care

I have heard and read on helicopter horror stories of Margate Coaches. In fact Firsthand experience. I tried to book a seat for a 83 year old lady. There was a hour from her flight arrive in King Shaka till their bus depart. They REFUSE. THEY DECIDED THE PLANE WILL BE LATE and the 83 year old lady MUST sit there in a public dangerous airport till 3.30, only then they can book a seat for her. 83 years and she pay, but they decide. Very RUDE ATTITUDE. DO they really believe and experience that Mango Airlane is always an hour late on a 1 hour flight. I will copy this review to them with Margate Coaches remark.
