Worst Service Ever

This has honestly been the worst service I’ve experienced. I placed an order on 2 July 2026, for a wedding and today, 24 August 2026, I still have no order, no proper update, and absolutely no communication.

What’s even more frustrating is that they seem to respond when you contact them from another number and pretend you’re interested in placing a new order. Yet, when you’re an existing customer waiting for an order, suddenly nobody communicates.

If you’re considering ordering from them, think twice. Customer service shouldn’t only exist when someone is trying to give you more money.
