Worst Service Ever
This has honestly been the worst service I’ve experienced. I placed an order on 2 July 2026, for a wedding and today, 24 August 2026, I still have no order, no proper update, and absolutely no communication. What’s even more frustrating is that they seem to respond when you contact them from another number and pretend you’re interested in placing a new order. Yet, when you’re an existing customer waiting for an order, suddenly nobody communicates. If you’re considering ordering from them, think twice. Customer service shouldn’t only exist when someone is trying to give you more money.

Worst Service Ever

What’s even more frustrating is that they seem to respond when you contact them from another number and pretend you’re interested in placing a new order. Yet, when you’re an existing customer waiting for an order, suddenly nobody communicates. If you’re considering ordering from them, think twice. Customer service shouldn’t only exist when someone is trying to give you more money.

Awaiting delivery
my order placed on 22 May 2026 for a Polo T-shirt and scarf (total amount paid: R2,527.00). The expected delivery timeframe was 2–3 weeks, and I specifically ordered these items for my wedding ceremony. Timeline of events: 22 May 2026 – Order placed and payment made. 2 June 2026 – I followed up and was assured the order would be ready in time for 6 June. 5 June 2026 – I was informed that the delivery service would not meet the deadline. 8 June 2026 – I was told the order had been dispatched and would arrive within 2 days. Since then, I have received no further communication. My calls to *** have gone unanswered, and my Instagram direct messages have not been responded to. At this stage, I urgently require one of the following: Immediate delivery of my order, with tracking details provided; or A full refund of R2,527.00.

Don't order from Marci Franc you will regret it!
I ordered a Cardigan on the 13th of March 2026. Today is the 23rd of April 2026 and still no delivery of my ordered item. This is the second time I ordered from them even on the first time I struggled to receive my order and only received it after 5 weeks. This time the wait is even worse, they don't respond to any queries, their email address doesn't even work. No courtesy at all towards customers no feedback, absolutely nothing. Absolutely ******* service

Don't order from Marci Franc you will regret it!

I placed an order with Marci Franc on 19 December 2025 and my items were never delivered. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no response whatsoever — no acknowledgement, no update, no resolution. It has now been nearly 3 months since my order and I am still waiting. This is not how any legitimate business operates. Paying customers deserve basic communication, especially when an order goes unfulfilled. The complete lack of response and failure to deliver purchased goods is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone against ordering from Marci Franc. Based on my experience, you risk losing your money with nothing to show for it.

They do not even deserve one star. This is a well executed ****. Great pictures on instagram that get you to click on the “buy” button. You pay & then your money is gone but product delivery doesn’t happen. You try to follow up but no response. Stay away, it’s a ****!

Marci Franc is a **** be careful
I bought a black golf-tee from Marci Franc on the 25th of Sept and it still hasn't been delivered till now. I wrote countless polite emails and dms but got no response from anyone. This is not the first time I purchase from them, the first time went smoothly but this time around it seem to be a ****.
