Marci franc ****mers

These people are ****mers. I purchased an item from the Marci Franc website late November and immediately received an email notifying me that there is a production backlog which they are working on and all orders will dispatched within 7 days. 7 days came and passed. I gave them grace and only followed up on my order a month after purchase and I was told that Franc is not able to take my call and he will call me back. I called again several times and the lady on the line always says the sales department is not available and they will call me and they just never call back.
