Non Delivery

I bought a Sim Card and Router last week. I then battled to get hold of Ecotel because of issues with the Courier Company as the so called WhatsApp person doesn't bother to respond. They had the nerve to give me the office phone number only for them to tell me later that they are only available on WhatsApp. Yesterday only the Sim Card was delivered, which is obviously USELESS without the router. No bothered to let me know the reason for the Non-delivery of the Router. When I contacted them again on WhatsApp around 1pm they said they will look into it. Almost 24 hours later they are still looking into it. I seriously foresee problem with this company before I've even started using them. I wish I had looked into the reviews before paying them anything.
