Be warned , Ecotel is a completely **** company. I ordered and paid my voip phones over a month ago, I am still waiting delivery> Most of the time i call the company no one answers and when someone does its always we will deliver tomorrow. They are a complete ***** and *******

THANK YOU FOR FINALLY RESPONDING, BUT WHAT A LOAD OF LIES. HOW CAN YOU LIE SO BLATANTLY. I NEVER GAVE INSTRUCTIONS TO PRE CONFIGURE MY PHONE. . ONLY AFTER I WROTE THE REVIEW DID YOU DROP OFF MY PHONE WHICH DOES NOT WORK AND I PAID FOR 6 user pbx system WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. i WARN EVERYONE OUT THERE TO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. UNLESS YOU COME AND PICK UP MY PHONE AND REFUND ME IN FULL WILL I THINK OF DELETING THESE COMPLAINTS

So you are writing this because you need a refund. If you need a refund and nolonger need the system you can send an email to accounts. And note that it is written on the page that the pricing doesn't include the phones.
