***** in VOIP

I wanted to give ratings in negative but sadly that option was not existing. This company claims to be doing wonders in VOIP and other advertised fields but I came across this company who does not responds to Mails, Calls or customer care tickets even after numerous attempts. They take money and do not add to your account, charges more money for VOIP calls ********** Min) than advertised by them (R0.40) and when you try to get them to resolve the issues, they simply don't respond. They do not respond to your queries on how to start up after subscribing to their services. In a nutshell, you are on your own after you pay them...That's it. Have been sending them emails from last four days now to make my account work but in vain. Tried calling but none picked the calls!!!

Pl do not fall for their advertising. They are not 1% of what they claim to be!!
