Ecotel **** or ***********?

I registered a domain a week back, firstly I sent them proof of payment immediately after I made the payment but the three days past without any activity in my Ecotel account. I had to call them multiple times before I could get through fortunately I got through to a helpful guy just don't remember his name unfortunately he processed my account. Secondly my Domain has not been registered to date, the domain status is pending. I have been trying to call in ever since but can't get through, I sent an email and got an response from Nicole from accounts claiming that it takes 2 - 48 hours for a domain to be active. Funny enough its been well over 48 hours still the domain status is pending, which makes me wonder if this is a **** or just an *********** company. To be honest this is causing unnecessary delays on my side, I don't advice anyone to use their service because its plain ***!
